What kind of information is needed from me for online payment?
You will need to login the Banking app you will use to make the payment, our FPS ID ,Total Amount and Order Number.Can I pay using several bank account to complete the payment?
Option for installment, split payment, or using multiple bank account is not available. We are continuously improving our service and we are looking to expand our modes of payment in the future. We accept one bank account per bill.
The “”Easy Transfer” service is based on the FPS system platform of the Autoridade Monetaria de Macau. Participating banks provide new services for small-value inter-bank transfers to their customers through their service channels (such as mobile banking, online banking, etc.). “”Easy Transfer” allows the payer to conveniently make inter-bank transfer payment, and the payee can quickly receive the money into the account. The existing intra-bank or inter-bank fund transfer services of participating banks will not be affected.
Individual customers or corporate customers who hold accounts in patacas with participating banks can use the “Easy Transfer” service. At present, all participating banks provide the “Easy Transfer” payment collection service, and most banks provide the “Easy Transfer” transfer payment service. Please check with the relevant bank for details.
“Easy Transfer” is mainly based on fast inter-bank transfer services, and the time of fund arrival will be based on the processing of the paying bank and the beneficiary bank. Some banks will provide instant inter-bank transfer services to personal customers, and the funds can arrive in the account within 30 seconds at the fastest.

- Step 2: Scan the QR code using your mobile banking app.
- Step 3: Enter the amount to pay if it’s not generated, then confirm the transfer

- Step 2: Tap on <Pay & Transfer>
- Step 3: Tap on <Easy Transfer>
- Step 4: Tap on <Your Profile>
- Step 5: Tap on <Register Your Mobile No.>
- Step 6: Enter your preferred nickname and account that will link with your Easy Transfer.
