A : Yes, you can. EXAMpiece™ can be used offline after downloading the file. Offline / airplane mode is recommended for practice.

  • If restarting the device still doesn’t solve the problem, try deleting the file and downloading it again.

The videos are all pre-recorded. We use pre-recorded video formats to ensure that the content is presented with a certain level of quality.

Harmonie.R® Rewards is a membership program that rewards and thanks loyal customers for patronizing Harmonie.R® online shop.The program benefits all Harmonie.R® Rewards members as you earn Tempo when you pay via your registered account at participating Harmonie.R® online shop, amongst other rewards. Additionally, if you sign up to receive communications from Harmonie.R when you register your account, you will be among the first to receive news, exclusive offers and information about Harmonie.R.

You can join the program by registering on Harmonie.R® online shop via https://harmonier-sg.com/my-account/ . You can start collecting Tempo and earning rewards by paying with your registered account. For every SGD5/HKD30/MOP30 you spend, you will earn 100 Tempo. There are Four membership levels in this program.

Largo level: Upon creating a new Harmonie.R’s account and registering, you will automatically become a Largo level.

Vivace level: After you earn 5000 Tempo within a period of 3 years, you will be upgraded to an Adagio level Harmonie.R® Rewards member, where you will receive these additional privileges (on top of what’s mentioned above):

  • Discount 13% off ( permanent ) on an order
  • Coupon 25% Discount on an order

^Applicable to newly upgraded Vivace members only. Vivace members can fill out the application form and submit the documents, waiting for approval.

Once you qualify for Largo level, you will be at that level for 3 years from the date you qualified – this will be your anniversary date. You will then have 3 years from your anniversary date to earn 5000 Tempo in order to upgrade to Vivace level. Tempo are refreshed and reset every 3 years and will not be brought forward.

Once you qualify for Vivace level, you will be at that level for 3 years from the date you qualified – this will be your anniversary date. You will then have one year from your anniversary date to earn 5000 Tempo in order to extend your Vivace level membership for another year.

If you do not earn 5000 Tempo in 3 years, you will start your new year at largo level.Tempo are refreshed and reset every 3 years and will not be brought forward.

Upon successful registration, you can start collecting Tempo and earning Rewards.

No. Every 3 years on your anniversary date (the date you qualified for that level), we will track if you have earned the minimum number of Tempo required for that membership level.

For example, if you are a Vivace member, we will track to see if you have earned a minimum of 5000 Tempo during the 36-month period before your anniversary date. If so, you will remain at the Vivace level for another 3 years. Your Tempo balance will still revert to zero and Tempo will not be brought forward.

You can earn Tempo and receive rewards simply by paying with your registered account at Harmonie.R® online shop. For every S$5/HKD$30/MOP$30 you spend, you will earn 100 Tempo. For example, if you’ve spent S$10, you will see 200 Tempo reflected in your account for that transaction. Do note that Tempo may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account.

The Tempo are used to determine the level of Harmonie.R® Rewards membership and rewards that are eligible for redemption.

Yes. Tempo will expire 3 years from your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the current level of your Harmonie.R® Rewards membership). After registering a new account, you have 3 years to earn Tempo to reach the next level. Upon reaching a new level, you will have another 3 years from the date that you reached that level to earn Tempo to maintain your membership at that level or to progress to the next level.

This means that if you’ve just created a new account, you have 3 years to earn 5000 Tempo to reach Vivace level.

Once you hit Vivace level, you will have 3 years from that date (your anniversary date) to earn Tempo to maintain your Vivace level. If you earn less than 5000 Tempo, you’ll start the new year as a Largo level member. Tempo gets refreshed annually and will not be brought forward.

No. Tempo are only awarded to registered accounts.

Purchases discount products are ineligible to earn Tempo. Harmonie.R may from time to time designate certain product items to be ineligible to earn Tempo.

Yes, the Tempo you get are based only on the amount you pay for, but please note that the bill needs to be paid from a single account. Please make sure to complete the payment process correctly to get Tempo.

Each time you make a purchase at Harmonie.R online shop with your registered account, the number of Tempo earned will be recorded in your account within 24 hours of the purchase. You may log into your account through the members’ portal to track your Tempo.

We want to ensure that the Tempo in your account accurately reflects your purchases. If the total number of Tempo appears to be incorrect, please contact us here. Be sure to have your Email and phone number with you for verification purposes. Please note that the detailed allocation of Tempo and transaction history are updated every 24 hours.

Tempo collected in each account can only be used by that account holder, and cannot be transferred to another account.

You may redeem your rewards when you click proceed to check out the reward may already auto-apply-on-cart.

Reminder: Your rewards have their respective validity period which is listed on each coupon. Harmonie.R may also offer special coupons from time to time with different validity period. You can track your rewards and coupons via the members’ portal. Please be sure to redeem them before they expire.

Yes. Different rewards have their respective expiry dates. Your Tempo will expire on your anniversary date. While other rewards in your Harmonie.R account will expire 30 days after they are issued – these expiration dates are listed with the coupon. You can track this via the Harmonie.R Online Shop member’s portal. Harmonie.R may also offer special e-coupons from time to time with different validity periods. Please be sure to redeem your rewards before they expire.

You will receive exclusive offers and discounts by email from time to time. You can track this via the Harmonie.R Online Shop member’s portal to receive such communications from us so you don’t miss out on our latest offers.

The one-time reward will be used first, and the permanent discount will be used when you spend again. The highest discount value will be used in the permanent discount, and it cannot be used in combination.

Rewards have an expiration date because we want to encourage members to use them. As our most loyal customers, we want you to enjoy those rewards because you deserve them. We hope you will visit us often enough that your rewards won’t ever come close to their expiration date. You can always check the status of your rewards if you log into your account.

You can log into your account through the members’ portal to track the number of Tempo you’ve earned, your current rewards, available Tempo for redemption and the number of Tempo you need to earn until you reach the next level. Do note that Tempo may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account.

There is no limit to the number of rewards you can have in your account at any one time. You can collect Tempo to earn free Rewards at your membership leveling system. The rewards stay in your account until you redeem them or when your Tempo expire on your membership anniversary date.
